根據《財訊》雙週刊報導，Uber Eats 14 日宣布，將以 9.5 億美元，併購德國餐飲外送集團 Delivery Hero 旗下 foodpanda 台灣事業。事實上，為了簡化公司營運，提升獲利能力，Delivery Hero 早就開始「調整」亞洲業務。
